To many problems

First of, the game is fun, but......
While I was playing it i got very annoyed at how hard it was to first of all get an open shot, an second of all the players will NOT MAKE A SHOT!!!!!! Even when there two feet away!!!!! I was only playing on medium hardness an it seemed impossible to win a game!
